BARRE TECHNIQUE ~ Shape long lean muscles with this intense Ballet-inspired sculpting class. This total body workout pushes your muscles to the limit with small, targeted movements, isometrics, and high repetition. Your hard work is rewarded with fantastic stretches.
BODY PUMP™ ~ Often referred to as ‘Pump’ by millions who love it, BODYPUMP™ is one of the world’s fastest ways to get in shape. Focusing on low weight loads and high repetitions, you’ll burn fat and calories, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning.
CORE CONDITIONING ~ All of our movements are powered by the torso–the abs and back work together to support the spine. The torso is the body’s center of power and this class will help you strengthen it using weights, functional training and Pilates-inspired movements.
SPINNING® ~ indoor cycling class that combines great music with challenging instructor-guided terrain. Low-impact and high calorie burn make this class a consistent favorite. The instructor is there to guide you but ultimately you are in control of how hard you work making this a great class for those who are new to fitness. Sign-up available at front desk 60 minutes prior to class.
H.I.I.T. Cycle ~ High Intensity Interval Training on the bike. This class is a combo of upper and lower body strength and endurance work. Appropriate for all fitness levels.
INTENSE BOOT CAMP ~ Anything goes in Boot Camp. Weights, stability balls, and body-weight exercises are the building blocks of this high-energy, results-oriented class. Boot Camp combines strength and cardio to keep your heart rate up, giving you a well-balanced total body workout.
INTERVAL TRAINING ~ This high-energy class alternates between cardio and strength. You will bring your heart rate up with simple step choreography and challenge your muscles with light weights and high-repetition.
PILATES MAT ~ Based on the teachings of Joseph Pilates, this is a great workout designed to strengthen all the core muscles of the trunk – the entire abdominal system, lower and upper back, glutes and shoulders. Great for problem backs! Come with bare feet.
PILATES FUSION ~ This class is built on the fundamentals of Pilates but expands the scope by including some non-traditional core, strength and balance work using props such as stability balls, foam rollers and hand weights.
PILATES SCULPT ~ All of the benefits of a traditional Pilates workout with the added challenge of weights. A killer combo!
POWER BARRE ~ a killer total-body workout fusing cardio, core training and ballet barre. This class will tighten your thighs, lift your seat, strengthen your core and boost your metabolism.
POWER SCULPT ~ This class combines weights and cardio to shed fat and sculpt streamlined muscles. This high-intensity workout can be modified for all fitness levels.
TABATA BOOT CAMP ~ Train like an athlete, improve your aerobic capacity, burn fat, lose weight and increase your metabolic burn all day long in this fun, high-intensity strength interval class.
TRIPLE THREAT ~ This class incorporates the 3 cardio components necessary for fat burning; boxing, intervals and low impact. If you want to hit your goal weight come to this class
TURBO SWEAT ~ This boxing-inspired class is like a huge rush of adrenaline. High-intensity cardio and killer core work will help you shed pounds, trim your waistline and improve your overall fitness. Great music and creative choreography will keep you motivated and inspired. This class is challenging, but can be modified for all fitness levels.
ZUMBA® ~ Fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout system that will blow you away. Bring dance shoes if you have them, otherwise, sneakers are fine.
ZUMBA TONING ~ Zumba with light weights. The perfect way for Zumba enthusiasts to sculpt their bodies while having a total blast.
Yoga Class Descriptions
ANUSARA INSPIRED YOGA~ a popular and powerful style of Hatha yoga. It incorporates “Universal Principals of Alignment” to bring greater awareness to postural alignment as well as balanced action of strength and freedom within the body, mind, and heart. It is appropriate for all ages and levels of experience”.
GENTLE YOGA ~ designed for people who want a slower pace and the extra support of props.
DYNAMIC YOGA ~ A vigorous and challenging practice that emphasizes increasing strength, balance and flexibility. This is accessible to all.
VINYASA YOGA ~ A dynamic flow class with an uplifting heart oriented philosophy blending the science of biomechanics, alignment principles and balanced action between muscular strength and fl exibility. Challenging, but modifications are given, making it appropriate for all level students.
YOGA SOFT FLOW / YOGA STRETCH ~ a class for all levels. A slower Vinyasa flow focusing on proper alignment for stretching and increasing flexibility. Use of blocks and straps. A class heavy on instruction, adjustments and deep stretching.
