Whether you are a professional cyclist or you never got past training wheels, whether you are in the best shape of your life or you are brand new to exercise, the Spinnning® program at Sportsplex is an excellent addition to any exercise regimen.
We know that exercise is not one size fits all. That is why we have created several different types of Spinning® classes.
Spinning®: This is your classic indoor cycling experience. Combining cardio and lower body strength, Spinning blasts calories, burns fat and improves your overall fitness. Inspirational instructors guide you through challenging terrain set to music that will motivate you to push your physical limits.
Video Spinning®: Everything you love about Spinning® with the added entertainment of music videos playing on a giant screen.
H.I.I.T. Cycle: The newest addition to our Spinning® program, H.I.I.T. Cycle offers a full body workout on the bike. With weights and high-intensity intervals, this is not like any Spinning® class you’ve ever experienced. We move to the Pilates Studio for the last 15 minutes of class for a quick, intense abs and core routine.
