Join Penny’s, middle name is Love, for a fun-filled 45 minutes of Spinning while we play Name That Tune, laugh at some Marriage Jokes and Play some Couples Games for wacky prizes. Bring your long-time partner as our guest or come on your own for some laughs-it’ll be more fun than a dozen roses and will also will burn those chocolate candy calories.

If you’ve been afraid to try BodyPump or Spin, this orientation/class is for you! Class will be 20 minutes Technique breakdown, 20 minute Body Pump class and finishes in the Spinning studio with bike set-up and 10 minute ride.
